Now add to that one IBM 5150 XT keyboard. XT and AT keyboards are incompatible, so I don't have anything to use it with, but that's not the point :)

Okay figured I'd share a few of my moments from Fallout 3.

This is how my character looks in the game.
Many people have died for staring too long at my pink facial hair in an accusatory manner.

Never bring a sledgehammer to an assault rifle fight.

This dog was having trouble drowning so I gave him some help.

Plasma Rifle > Super Mutant Behemoth

Well call me Mr. Butterfingers.

Decisions, decisions.

This is how I left Megaton. It was a nice place before I got there.

For once I wasn't doing anything violent.
Well, 5 minutes before I had planted mines around the Rivet City Marketplace.

I accidentally the whole raider camp.

Well as you can see I am a well adjusted individual, who is on his way to being the savior of the wastelands for all of humanity.

True, at least you can use it standalone without a computer.

Ok. I must be spoiled then, as I have a computer store a mere 2 blocks away that carries M-Audio and Apogee gear for well under the MSRP. Of course, I just *had* to buy an MOTU interface it seems, which is going to cost me a crap ton more in shipping and duty. :P

Looking at some reviews, I'd say yeah, it's worth it. There's still a difference between a CD-player and a MIDI controller.

Also, a mixer and headphones were included in that price. Add to that the fact that we pay a lot extra for gear in belgium

The level cap is annoying because if you take any of the EXP bonus perks or have a house to stay "well rested" (thereby gaining a 10% EXP bonus) you can easily hit level 20 in about 25 hours. I guess this would be okay if you strictly played the campaign, but there's so much to see and do that if you go exploring you'll max out pretty quickly.

Also, the non combat skills section is broken. Lockpicking and terminal hacking have nothing to do with your skill level.

I quit playing Twilight Princess halfway in (first time through no less) to play F3. Haven't booted TP back up since.

It's a tremendously awesome game. But man is it a buggy one. Not just random weirdness like flying buses either. Starting to have a lot more crash to desktops lately, and I'm about 20+ hours in. Game actually hard crashed on me tonight, as in locked up the whole system and had to cold boot. It's worth the effort though.

My friend has it for 360. He hasn't played anything else since, and he has Fable 2, GTA IV, the Left4Dead demo, the COD5 demo, etc.

Never asked him that specifically but considering how many hours he's sunk into it, it can't be that bad.
