Yeah, this one is a bit rougher (I suspect not many team members came from the SOTN team). The later games are way more like the original.

If you want more, every Castlevania game for GameBoy Advance and Nintendo DS is done in the same style (Exp, Skills, Items). I think that's 5 more games.

I love SOTN. :)

It's not the perfect game or anything (backdash-cancel-what), but there's a very good reason we call that genre Metroidvanias.

Yeah, by all means. This isn't a "replace artist" tool. This is an "I'm an artist, lets save time pushing pixels" sort of tool. You absolutely need an eye for what you're doing.

I think a lot of it has to do with "cooking" being the "non-computer" thing I do. Plus, well, I kinda like food, so. It's also the closest thing I'll ever get to doing actual chemistry. ;)
