I tried it out this morning, ran fine with no issues on this xp machine. Didn't get very far, but played very well. Great work and good luck! Is the plan to turn a profit or make it free?

Slowly working on putting together the final credits screen and ending area. Putting in some other secret things that shall remain nameless until the game is released. Don't want to spoil everything, now. ;]

Few more songs, few more areas, and it's done. Victory is so near.

Yeah. At this point I recommend waiting. Might be until November or early December, but I think it's worth not spoiling.

Getting to the end of the end. Finishing up some super secret areas and other secret things. All that's really left is some ending content and music. Woohoo!

I didn't make it in 2011. That said, definitely done in 2012. Stay tuned!

Final audio getting delivered as I write this. Expect a 1.0 release sometime this week. Woo! It's been a long time coming.

Doing a playthrough I discovered an inventory bug where some of your items think they are not in the inventory and, instead, exist randomly somewhere in the world. Not good, and not really sure how it happened at all. Reproducing should be.... interesting.

Eew... that sounds unenviable. Hopefully you'll quickly stumble across an event that triggers the badness.

Guess I found it while debugging other stuff. There was an issue where I was attempting to load a sprite animation with a name that didn't exist. That could have unintended circumstances due to the fact that I do not crash in this situation, but just continue on running. That could lead a bounding box and sprite to point to nowhere. In some cases, that could crash, but what I suspect is that it would cause the inventory to gobble itself up. It's no coincidence the wrongly-named animation name had to do with swapping out inventory items.

So, I did a full playthrough and the issue did not occur -- so that's great! I found a few other potentially game-breaking issues (would require a reload of a previous save) and one issue that would prevent completing the game "100%" (but still "beatable").

Anyway, all minor stuff. Should be actually done any day now.

A full run-through, knowing where everything is, took me about 2 hours. Long!
